1. Business Model (Dropshipping Disclosure)
We operate a dropshipping business model. This means:
- Products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers
- Suppliers may be located outside the United Kingdom
- We do not hold physical stock of all items listed on our website
- Product packaging, shipping times, and tracking updates are managed by suppliers
By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfilment is dependent on third-party suppliers.
2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:
- Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
- Limit quantities purchased per person or household
- Refuse orders suspected of fraud or misuse
Payment does not guarantee acceptance of an order until it has been confirmed and processed.
3. Pricing & Errors
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, however errors may occur.
If an incorrect price is discovered:
- We reserve the right to cancel the order
- Or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier and destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Courier disruptions
- Weather or transport issues
- International shipping delays
Standard delivery timeframes are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.
A parcel is only considered lost once confirmed by the courier or after a reasonable investigation period.
5. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed quickly after payment is received.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers must contact us immediately for cancellation requests, however cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
6. Product Information
We aim to display product descriptions, images, and details as accurately as possible.
However, we do not guarantee that:
- Product colours will appear exactly the same on all screens
- Packaging or branding will match images shown
- Minor variations from supplier production will not occur

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order under UK law, subject to return conditions.
We reserve the right to deduct value for any diminished condition of returned goods as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may require photographic or video evidence before offering a resolution.
Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Delays caused by third-party suppliers or couriers
- Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the goods purchased.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Provide full evidence of order fulfilment and tracking
- Pause any refund processing during investigation
- Restrict or block future orders
We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
11. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Ensuring someone is available to receive delivery
- Following return instructions if required
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Shopthere and may not be used without permission.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- War, civil unrest, or strikes
- Transport or logistics failures
