We operate a dropshipping model, meaning products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers, which may be located outside the United Kingdom.


1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods or supplier delays, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number where available.


2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and supplier location:

  • United Kingdom: 7–21 business days (typical estimate)
  • International orders: 10–30 business days (typical estimate)

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Customs clearance delays
  • Local postal service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes or supplier delays

3. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, it will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear in courier systems.

9. Multiple Items / Split Shipments

Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.


11. Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

We may require an investigation period before confirming any claim.
