1. Business Model (Dropshipping Disclosure)

We operate a dropshipping model. This means:

  • Products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers
  • Suppliers may be located outside the United Kingdom
  • We do not physically stock all items sold on this website
  • Order fulfilment, packaging, and delivery are handled by third parties

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this fulfilment structure.


2. Eligibility

To use our website and place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.


3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

Payment confirmation does not guarantee order acceptance until processing begins.

  • Restrict future purchases
